To help our community residents understand the latest in Immigration Policies, as well as their Rights, the Western New York Chinese Chamber of Commerce (WNYCCC), in collaboration with the Buffalo Chinese School, is organizing this special, free Seminar. Experienced Immigration Lawyers from Berardi Immigration Law will be invited to provide an in-depth analysis of the practical and common issues encountered.
This seminar will provide an overview of of the latest Immigration policies, naturalization procedures, and sponsorship requirements. Additionally, this seminar will overview how to protect ones’ rights during ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) enforcement activities. This seminar aims to enhance the understanding of immigration laws and individual rights.
